ELOWEA is a new chapter in a story that began in 2008.
For nearly two decades, we have been creating distinctive dresses for people who want something beyond the ordinary — from fairytale-inspired gowns and character costumes to Lolita fashion, prom dresses and special-occasion pieces.
What began as a small independent dressmaking business grew through years of designing, making and sending dresses to customers around the world. Along the way, we learned that the dresses people remember most are rarely just clothes. They become part of a performance, a celebration, a photograph, a character — or simply a moment when someone feels like a different version of themselves.
That idea became ELOWEA.
