Items ordered in one of our standard sizes may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items made to your individual measurements or personalised specifications are created especially for you and cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

When will I get my order?
Most of our dresses are made to order with care. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before dispatch.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are additional to the production time.
If you need your dress for a specific event or date, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to check whether we can accommodate your required date.

Description

As each gown is individually made, slight variations in embellishment placement and fabric colour may occur depending on material availability. These small differences are part of the character of a made-to-order piece.
